King-Spadina Heritage Conservation District Plan (Draft)

The City believes that consultation with the community prior to Council considering the designation of an HCD is in the best interest of the community, City and property owners.

The City and its consultant, Taylor Hazell Architects Ltd., have prepared the draft King-Spadina Heritage Conservation District Plan for public review and comment. The Plan is required under section 41.1 (5) of the Ontario Heritage Act to state clear objectives, definitive policies for achieving the objectives, as well as relevant planning requirements and procedures.

The document is being made available for a 3 week comment period, closing on November 14th, 2016.
