Community Consultation Meeting #2

The City of Toronto recently held public consultations and stakeholder meetings on the proposed King-Spadina Heritage Conservation District (HCD) Plan.  The City believes that consultation with the community prior to City Council considering the designation of an HCD is in the best interest of the City, community and property owners.

City Planning (Heritage Preservation Services) and its consultant, THA, have prepared presentation materials to explain the overall direction of the proposed King-Spadina HCD Plan and including the objectives, Statement of Significance, boundary, Character Areas, policies and guidelines and are available for public review below:
